Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village

A great place to stay! We loved our stay, and what we liked more was the friendly staff. Brenda was very welcoming when I checked in and made me feel at home. Great, great customer service. The beautiful view of the river was amazing, too.

Location next to the river…the grounds were beautiful. All the staff were nice and engaging except the young guy at the desk when I arrived at 11:30pm. He just seemed apathetic. Cindy attended our conference room and was fantastic and so was the IT guy who helped me.

The property was gorgeous and has the luxurious feel while still enjoying the river as fun as you can. A property built to create memories that are priceless!

Everyone was super friendly right from the get-go. I thought it was very easy to make the reservations, and the room turned out exactly the way the accommodations were supposed to.

My wife and I have several food allergies, which cannot be addressed in this type of setting. So we did not use their breakfast facilities. We travel with an allergen-free restaurant guide for every area we plan to visit, and so we ate off-site, but their central location allowed us easy access to several options. From what I saw, the facility was clean, inviting, and had several good options for a complete breakfast.
